REFUND POLICY

You can request a return free of charge for any product within 7 days from the delivery date.

Make sure the item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, with tags and labels attached, and in its original packaging. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return.

Once the return is received and approved, the full price of the item will be refunded via the same payment method used for the purchase.


The refund will be processed within 7 to 14 working days from the date your return is received at our warehouse.

If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, the refund will be processed within 3 working days of the cancellation request.


Please note that any shipping fees, duties, and taxes incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting your local customs office directly, although this may not be available in all countries.


If your return does not meet the above conditions, the package will be sent back to you, and no refund will be issued.


Please allow 2 to 3 working days for our warehouse to process your return.
