You can request a return free of charge within 7 days from the delivery date, if 7 days have passed since the delivery date, unfortunately we can't proceed with a refund or exchange 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and labels attached without any damages.

If your return meets the above conditions, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details to start the return and refund process 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or don't meet the above conditions will be rejected.
